By accessing the Site, submitting a form, making a purchase, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

L & J Quality Meats sells fresh meats, seafood, deli products, and related goods to its customers. Information on this Site — including product descriptions, availability, and pricing — is provided for general informational purposes, is subject to change without notice, and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to our SMS program. You may only enroll a phone number that you own or are authorized to enroll.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you contact us or place an order, and to keep it up to date. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by us. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

When you check an SMS-consent box on our website form, you opt in to receive text messages from L & J Quality Meats. The following terms govern that program.

• Program description: Order-related notifications, pickup and availability updates, and customer-service messages. A separate, optional opt-in covers marketing messages such as offers, new products, and general promotions.
• Message frequency: Recurring messages; frequency varies based on your activity. Up to 8 messages per month per program.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been opted out, after which we will not send you SMS messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (626) 538-1420 or Ljqualitymeats24@gmail.com.
• Carriers: Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without opting in to SMS.
• Eligible numbers: Only U.S. mobile numbers are eligible. Do not enroll a number you do not own or are not authorized to enroll.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle SMS data. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Prices for products and services are disclosed to you before you complete a purchase. Many of our items are sold by weight, so the final price may vary with the actual weight of the cut you receive. You agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Site.
• Enroll a phone number that you do not own or are not authorized to enroll.
• Use the Site or SMS program for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or the SMS program.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to L & J Quality Meats and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our written permission.

The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that SMS messages will be delivered on time or at all.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L & J Quality Meats and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, our services, or the SMS program — including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or damages from undelivered or misdirected messages. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L & J Quality Meats from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or SMS program, or your enrollment of a phone number you were not authorized to enroll.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or SMS program at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and you may stop using the Site at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
